Rooftop with the Brookbanks

I post on Facebook a LOT, but all my sessions don’t always make it over to the blog, and when one of my clients asks what I have been up to it reminds me that not all of you follow me on Facebook. So, here is a quick update.

I have been a crazy woman trying to squeeze in as many sessions as I can this fall. I am only shooting two days in December so I can take time off to enjoy the holidays with my family. I received more requests for sessions this year than I ever have before, and I hate turning people away! But, it has to be done in order for me to give those clients that have already booked a session my full attention and service. I really apologize to those that missed out this year, and I really hope you will schedule in January!

I only offered 3 mini session days this fall/holiday season. All other sessions that I have booked are full sessions. That means that I devote an entire afternoon/evening to one family, making it possible for me to travel farther out and get those gorgeous sunset pictures. I usually don’t take on this many full sessions, but I have to tell you I am loving the results. I love that I can focus all my creative energy on one family.

Here is a peek at a recent session with a family I adore, overlooking Los Angeles, with the Hollywood sign faded in the back…at sunset. This family has style and personality and I just love them!
